Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. ALL returns subject to 30% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Custom/personalized items, perishable goods, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
